I have lost hours trying to get the thing to communicate/sync with my phone to no avail

I called tech support again and had the worse one hour support I have ever had.

You Think I would spend an hour to cheat you, to get a buckle

I lost 3 hours of activity

I have wasted so many hours that if I could bill to fitbit, I could buy dozen apple/samsung watches.

Customer support is not helpful at all, and wastes more hours of your time

Each time taking over an hour to accomplish as it required a firmware upgrade each time

My Mac is up to date, I was on the same wifi, paired Bluetooth, etc., but hours later, zero success.

But from my experience I just burned $250 an many hours of customer service.
