It lets you give some organization to your files, and I love the plastic dividers with pockets so I can put loose papers in them.

I also love the clear "NoteProtector" dividers that I can put my current reading plan into, and the binder even allows you to put one on the outside of the cover for even quicker access to information

Textbook publishers now offer a loose leaf binder version of the textbooks and these hold them very nicely as well as all your notes and dividers.

I wish they had moved the connection point more toward the middle like a regular binder (round one) or toward the top (D-ring).
