I like spiral notebooks because they flip back -- you can fold the cover around back and have the book take up half the space

Regular notebooks are fine, but doesn't it get annoying when they start to bend and fall apart

This isn't as good a three-ring binder as a standard one, and isn't as good a 'fold-around' notebook as a spiral, but it's still the best combination of the two you're likely to find.

I LOVE this binder notebook!

Its floppy design together with the semi-soft individual rings (you have to open them one by one if you need a page but don't want to rip it), make this notebook/binder a bit cumbersome to use in time sensitive situations.
