The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is every year at least 1 ring breaks

I love the plastic rings , every binder I ever had , the metal rings broke

My last one did not have the textured finish on the front and one of the rings broke after about 2 years of use

No need to worry about binder rings breaking or not being able to squish my "reading material" into the seat pocket in front of me at the last minute, since the binder rings themselves are flexible, and they stay closed, even under duress

Contact ACCO Brands consumer affairs at mead.com for a replacement if the rings break

It won't open the rings, but it does mean turning pages isn't quite as smooth as with a standard three-ring binder
