I didn't even need to use customer support

Recently I had a question and customer support responded quickly and clearly.

This product exceeded my expectations while the utterly fantastic customer support was the best ever provided in ANY industry.

It was nice to find their customer support was so helpful for a cancellation.

Their customer support is amazing and guaranteed

Nonetheless, in the end it worked very well, and we are very satisfied with FixMeStick's customer support.

Also the customer support is at the very least outstanding!As a computer builder and user, I would highly recommend this product!

This is a pretty good product that was not only easy to use but the customer support was always very helpful to me in assisting with any questions or requests that I may have had

FixMeStick only removed some, and I was going to give this product 2 stars for only cleaning out some virus, but after contacting their customer support they removed the rest with a free remote connection and said I could contact them anytime in the future

I can't reach customer support because the automated voice says someone will be with me, then I wait a while listening to their dumb music, then the automated voice comes on and says to call back another time and hangs up

I have tried to contact customer support, the phone number on the package refers you to the support website and will not allow you to call a representative by pressing the 0 key on the phone number pad, I have submitted a support ticket with the above information and the logs from the 3 scans run on my brothers computer and still have yet to hear from anyone

It is very questionable if the customer support is just a call center that goes through a process, very much the same as a prepaid computer repair service over the phone

My computer and I have the same problem - we are both old and my knowledge of computers is somewhat limited - so when I ordered FixMeStick, I was hoping for an easy-to-use product with readily available customer support, just in case I needed it.

I think of it as buying a unlimited customer support plan against viruses for the computers I bought it for.

If after a month I do not hear from Customer Support I will edit my review

My immediate warning will be do not purchase it as it is a scam but the truth is I do not know it is a scam but at $60/unit for 3 computers and virtually no customer support I would shy away from it

After a few frustrating attempts, I wrote to customer support and was answered qucikly.

I contacted customer support and the response time was super quick.

A very good antivirus device I had used it at least 5 times and never had any problems also customer support was excellent

So now I value a company by the quality of it's customer support and this company deserves my business

FixMeStick automatically renews unless you contact there customer support and that happened to me, but when I contacted their customer support, they quickly refunded my money and were excellent to work with.

I called customer support and they remotely logged in to my computer and quickly found the problem and completely cleaned my computer

I was extremely satisfied with the customer support, when I needed help doing a factory upgrade with the FIXMESTICK

But thanks to fixmestic and their fantastic back up and customer support it has now gone. . . .
