    FixMeStick Virus Removal Device - Unlimited Use on up to 3 PCs for 1 Year

    • Good tech support, can use the Fixme Stick between 3--5 components which ever suits you, or you can have a lifelong plan,Recommended scan should be every month, scans find the problems, tells you ,one click to delete them.

    • tried this on windows xp professional -worked with tech support about a half hour was told it must not be compatible with my computer
    • so i had to call the company for tech support.
    • I wound up having to reload my computer as tech support couldn't help.
    • Tech Support (Hannah) did a fantastic job getting me through a software glitch in "Factory Upgrade"
    • Inevitably, I called the fix me tech support who did try to help, but the virus was a toughie but eventually it was decided that the system would need to be rolled back at least to the week previous
    • Nice people at tech support but were unable to fix any of the issues on my 3 computers

    • This can save lots of money not having to call an independent tech support agent.

    • I really like this product, I've had it for nearly a year & started to have problems with the device working but after e-mailing tech-support the tech-rep determined I needed a new FixMeStick
    • as advertised. tech support acts fast to resolve whatever issue you may have

    • The customer service and tech support service are always on point, they are very professional and very helpful
    • So the product may require a bit of patience and tech support is available, if needed

    • On a recent scan recommended by the company as it had been 30 days since my previous scan, I was notified by Keegan in Tech support that there was an internal issue with the fixmestick, that they had corrected, but required me to rerun the scan

    • Once I submitted my question to tech support, they were able to check the log of the scans from the device's serial number
    • So while in Best Buy Checking into tech support .I was waiting around and browsing and ran across The Fix Me Stick I read the box and being curious asked an associate about it .He had heard positive things about it
    • It is quite good but certain complicated viruses like chromium could not be removed with out tech support.

    • these virus removal devices are made to create false censorship, e-mail and online limitation problems
    • - I was quite pleased receiving an E-Mail the other day wondering why I hadn't been using FIXMME Stick of late
    • Support was very prompt (via e-mail ) and issue was remedied very quickly
    • Also, what I really appreciate is the reminder (every few weeks) to use it .....b/c of a busy schedule you sometimes neglect to do so :))))
    • Also, I run this tool periodically, and it otherwise does not live on my computer, invading my O/S and slowing things down

    • One huge advantage to me is that, as an emergency tool, it is Linux-based and can boot a clean O/S from USB, in case Windows is compromised
