I downloaded the upgrade and ran the Fix Me stick today and it worked as slick as it did on the older computers.

They returned my calls promptly (if not available at the time I called) were courteous and made me feel important as their customer as well as giving me the correct info the first time each and every time...something that's kinda rare these days in my experience
