My very expensive NEW phone has had a recurring problem that no one can seem to fix and this very popular company has not rectified the problem

The sound quality is also very good, there is no bad problem, I like it very much

It has a nice look for yourself , the only problem I’ve had is just pressing the button while it’s in your ear, it jams it in 😭

The problem is the charger sucks, its hard to get the earbud in just the right spot for it to charge

The problems with this haven't gotten any better

If they corrected this problem, I would give an overall 5 star rating.

Second problem: Some apps have a "swooshing" sound when you swipe to a new page.

I never had problems with it falling out

The problem though is carelessness on my part as I lost it when I was playing basketball with co-workers since it's pretty small after all it might have slipped at some

Works well and sounds great, no problem with it staying in my ear.

Only problems --> even on the lowest volume setting my phone has, the sound my iphone makes when I send a text message is incredibly loud.

No problem falling out

It could have been so useful, but for me, it's a FAIL!l
