I ended up returning it and ordering a Steinberg UR242 4-Channel USB Interface, which works flawlessly (and costs less!), which goes to show how unreliable this product is

Support tells you to go through "windows optimization" in order to get this to work... this SHOULD work out of box, if you have to optimize your computer to get this to work (which didn't fix the issue by the way), the product isn't made well enough

Besides that the product is fantastic and I personally know of no other issues with other microphones
