It has a terrible crackling sound that just wont go away.

The unit I received worked well for 3 days, then suddenly developed sporadic crackling and popping sounds when used for playback

Took awhile to get rid of crackling (latency issue mostly), but solid construction

Worked for about 4 months of occasional use, now it produces a loud crackling noise unless its turned down too low to use

I followed all the directions on the box and on their website and got this awful crackling sound

Intermittent crackling in output audio through headphones (removing power cable and putting it back in fixes it)3

Driver issues cause crackling ever so often

Works out of the box on my Win, Mac and Linux boxes as simple plug and play (did download Win drivers as in the instructions though)

Perfect for simple people like my self as well as for professionals too
