I have 3 different back-relief foot rests because elevating my feet helps take pressure off my bad back when sitting for long periods of time

I needed this for a 16 hour flight...takes the pressure off the legs and hips...so much easier to sleep

Still, I am glad that I bought it for work as it really does help ease the pressure off my back and legs
