Helps a lot at work keeps my knees at 90 degrees for good posture and circulation

It is really comfortable and has helped me improve my posture when sitting at my work's desk.

It provides the perfect posture and it’s not too high (foot rest should help form a 90 degree angle between hips/legs while sitting, according to my PT)I have no complaints.
