Direction for wifi needs to be a bit more clear/correct.

Very organised when you open it but the two other boxes inside are a bit difficult to remove since you have to smack it from the bottom till they come out

These are a bit more expensive than some other brands but the cost is justified by the high build quality of the camera and the excellent services you get when you buy it.

This goes for video as well....it lags quite a bit if you are not viewing it from a device with a strong wifi signal
