I want to recommend the Foscam camera to people, we really like the product

We emailed the company for techical support and in the same breath they guarantee a 1 year replacement warranty for defective products and then double back saying that we can keep the (broken) product and offer to put in an order for a new camera with a so called "significant discount" that ends up being 10% off
