Never do a Firmware or Application upgrade unlees it is hard wired to the router

It is so easy to set up and use, no wires to run, no hassles, high quality video and/or picture snapshots, easy to monitor via a cell phone app or via a desktop/ laptop or a tablet

Camera works okay when wired to router but unable to get it to work wirelessly

I have had to start from scratch several times, and it's a lot of work to reset from factory, update firmware via hard wire, reconfigure all the settings, etc.

I think I may need a few if it, in fact, proves to be as useful as I imagine

E-mail functions work nicely too, although trial and error with settings may be required for SMTP TLS and ports
