This reminds me of the long term hybridization of GPS units, phones and MP3 players into a single coherent device containing the best features of its predecessors.

If you look at it as a chronograph with added smart watch features (which, really, it is) the watch is something off a bargain

The smart watch side is not as well done, not as fully featured, in large part because it does not run android wear but a Fossil app.
