Next time it was used it started to heat up, was tripping and making an odd noise

When the second unit arrive it vibrated, had a loud fan noise and got hot.

Powers accessories I need perfectly without the annoying fan noise.

It still works but it now makes a louder noise.

and now when I use it, there is a slight humming noise from the fan.

Weighing the pros and cons of active vs passive cooled inverters, I decided on this one because of the small size and hope that the fan wouldn't meet or exceed ambient cabin noise in my car

My only drawback is the exhaust fan started to make a really loud humming noise after maybe 2 months of use.

I searched amazon a found this inverter, I love it, it works great, it has 2 USB slots and a 3 prong outlet, only problem I found was that if I plug in my USB cable into it to charge my phone and plug up my AUX cord into the radio and into my phone at the same time, the radio will make a loud ringing noise, guess It interferes with the AUX frequency,

Disappointed, also makes a loud fan noise when used for charging phones.

Now my alternator is making a funny noises ever since plugging up my laptop.
