Free Signal TV Marathon Indoor Outdoor Antenna, Whole House 100 Mile Long Range High Performance Antenna for Digital HDTV

    • Immediately after I purchased it I received an email from Free Signal TV with a few pages of tips and a page showing what channels I can expect to get based on my zip code.
    • it does it's job, signal is strong and I got more channels than what I was expecting
    • When the weather is good, the signal is good.
    • The way they built this antenna is amazing, small, no wind resistance and perfect signal
    • Signal is weaker and I lost 2 channels
    • Other antennas I have tried have provided 10 channels at the most with not strong signals
    • So I contacted Free Signal TV by email and they responded quickly.
    • I disconnected my cable on the side of my house, mounted the Marathon according to the instructions, connected it to my existing cable wiring and splitters and instantly started enjoying HD signals to each of my 4 TVs!
    • Unbelievably clear! Also, in this age of bad customer service I was extremely pleased to receive the most courteous and punctual help and advice by Free Signal TV from beginning to end of my installation and setup
    • so I contacted Free Signal TV for help
    • When I purchased the Marathon HDTV antenna I received a map from Free Signal TV letting me know the channels I could possibly receive
    • We live in a rural area with mountains obstructing our signal
    • I back fed it through the house's cable system, and all three of my televisions get a great signal thanks to the included signal booster
    • Although we still receive choppy signal from ABC and NBC news, we can receive solid signals from CBS, Fox and PBS
    • Less than 2 months of the price of cable just paid for virtually the same number of channels that are free from here forward!I also received emails from Free Signal TV explaining exactly what
    • Highly recommended and I would certainly buy it again in a heartbeat, especially considering the great customer support at Free Signal TV.
    • In his message he did say I may be so close to the towers that the signal is just so strong the antenna is picking it
    • I am very happy with the signal Strength and stability of the signal.
    • The Channel Master pulls in all stations with an impressive 100% signal strength and 90-100% signal quality according to the signal meter in my TV.
    • All pictures have strong reception and I never lose signal.
    • In the end, my research paid off – and so did my investment in Free Signal TV’s Marathon antenna
    • Hearing that, I went and unplugged the power that is connected to the antenna and at that point rescanned for channels and behold, I was able to receive all channels available, crystal clear, and had the strongest signal for each channel as indicated on the screen
    • I installed in attic and works fine but since it is a directional antenna, sometimes a bit finicky to get a good signal
    • Second, it emphasizes whole house performance, so it comes with an amplifier to boost the signal
    • Free Signal asks to call their customer service number and speak to a technical support but each time I call I end up leaving a message for call back and to date no one has called me
    • This antenna picks up a total of 40 area channels/sub-channels from the Western New York area and Toronto area on a very good day, a total of at least 32 on a stormy wintry evening, with no signal loss under those stormy wintry conditions from several of the stronger signal channels from Toronto Ontario.
    • We do not have a line of sight to either localities, and never could receive decent TV signal in the past.
    • Now, the problem is exactly that, because it is a digital signal, when you get a signal is perfect, when you have TV towers that are only three to four degreesapart, you either get a perfect signal or nothing
    • Tried calling and email free signal
    • Over the past 8 months I've tried multiple antennas that are stated to be top-rated or boast a range of up-to 150 miles (so not true) and all fell short, providing limited channels and frequent messages of "no signal" or poor signal
    • Please, please keep your fingers crossed for me that Free Signal TV responds with the offer to allow me to return the unit for a refund
    • Looking at the reviews, the best thing I can recommend is to use the resources you have available with the website and great customer support Free Signal TV offers if you have any trouble
    • I live on the extreme edge of coverage, 60-70+ miles from towers, and this is the only antenna that picked up enough signals clearly enough for me to cut the cable cord.
    • I live 50+ miles away from most of the transmitters in my area, so I knew that getting a good signal was going to be a challenge.
    • Free Signal TV also has Great Customer Service!
    • Since the reception map I'd checked out through Free Signal TV's site for calculating what it should receive didn't indicate it would even get the NBC affiliate, I'm thrilled
    • UHF signals are not stable
    • Although we still receive choppy signal from ABC and NBC news, we can receive solid signals from CBS, Fox and PBS
    • The company’s website, Free Signal
    • We live in a suburb of a major metropolitan area where you would think the signals would be good enough for even an average antenna but they aren't
    • After hooking it up to all the TVs in our house (8) it provides a solid signal to everyone of them.
    • Receiving a crystal clear signal 80+ miles from the broadcasting stations with nearly 2 dozen channel options.
    • poor signal
    • I checked on line for position no good signals at my home
    • That provided clear signal to the rest of my 'cable' outlets.

    • Spent way too much time moving it all around, still couldn't get a strong signal strength in the NW suburbs of Chicago.
    • So, I did reach out (again); though I had never received a reply to my calls last August and again in September to Free Signal TV, when I left messages requesting assistance with the unit or return authorization if I couldn't resolve the issues with the antenna.
    • I put a Channel Master CM-3201 above my distribution amplifier and splitter to filter out a really strong "non-TV" signal on UHF61 which was causing noise. not entirely sure about the 40db amplifier embedded in the device.
    • I previously tried the Mohu Leaf and ClearStream antennas and was unable to get a reliable signal.
    • I was really hoping this thing would receive all my channels with a stronger signal than my HD stacker but it failed for me.
    • if it's your primary method of receiving locals, to eliminate the possibility of multipath interference (signals bouncing off your walls, which doesn't happen all of the time, but can be an annoying intermittent inconvenience). As for customer support from Free Signal TV, they were great

    • The amplifier was simply over-powering and distorting the signal
    • Fortunently w/o any hesitation free signal sent me a whole new booster one no questions asked
    • Just perfect! Thanks Free Signal TV
    • All I got on multiple tries and adjustments was a totally unacceptable signal on the PBS channel.
    • After setting up the Marathon High performance directional tv antenna in the same location as the other less expensive antenna(s), I received substantially more channels
    • , it's like a black hole for channels nearby without even breaking a
    • Not as happy as I had hoped I'd be, for sure.
    • Right now I don't get half the stations and what does come in as so broken up, it's not worth trying to watch.
