Has the most terrible sounding alert noise when your food is done

The lower left corner of the door is bent in to the point that it rubs on the frame making a horrible scraping noise

After less than two weeks with minimal operation unit stopped heating and began making a loud noise

So apparently our building installed a microwave that makes an incessant noise that will rival the most annoying ex bf or gf that you've ever had.
