Once it was changed it was easy to use, so make sure you charge it before you connect it, I love the whole design and the feel of it, semi heavy beautiful color, and prints really well, gonna get some time getting use to it since this is my first time buying

The coloring of the printout could be better, but the app might have the capability to adjust to the best brightness/contrast/etc for printing
