It takes beautiful photos and is super fun to use

This camera is fantastic..nice photos but the problem is the battery...traveling carry on minimum 3 batteries ...

It's small, light, easy to use, well-built, shoots incredible photos with the 18-55mm kit lens, shoots great movies at the flick of a switch, and ... if you get the 56mm lens you will shoot the best pix of your life.

And the photos are beautiful themselves, so I don't have to do a lot of photoshop.

This is a wonderful compact camera, possibly all you need to enjoy hitting the streets in town or while you travel and return with great photos.

Takes amazing photos

Pretty much all the reviews are accurate and can be summed up as yes the grip is a bit small and yes the mounting threads are annoyingly placed (both of these are addressed by the hand grip that came in the kit); but yes the controls and the menus couldn't be more intuitive for the amount of control over everything the camera gives you, the hardware is as good as you could hope for in this price range; and as a result the photos and video this camera is capable of are astonishing for something of this size.

Even the automatic settings take beautiful photos

I'm a "regular" person who enjoys great photos (as opposed to a pro who gives an in-depth, no-holds-barred review) and did my regular research into the mirror less cameras available at a reasonable price

I didn’t like taking 300 photos in an afternoon and spending 3 hours going through them; with this, I’m trying to compose more and really get to know the system and the lenses
