Although it scans crinkled pages quite well, a few have gotten stuck (or when I missed a staple)

The best part of it all is that if you put documents with clips or staples which jam the scanner it is built in such a way that it will be very easy to remove the documents without damaging the scanner

If a staple is missed, you'll definitely recognize the noise as the feeder attempts to pull the stuck pages through.

The only time it jammed was when I missed a staple---even then it was easy to reload the page.

It does a wonderful t job of just being simple and functional

Although I wouldn't call it an intuitive device (it doesn't work as you think it does - you have to read the manual!), it's a great scanner.

We bought this product for my small business to remove all the paper from the office and its really working as it scans very fax and with excellent quality.

Small footprint too - really fast, quiet and doesn't hog resources on the PC and the software works as it is designed.
