This mount works really well and is very sturdy and moves well, however the installation was a lot more difficult than it needed to be and there were so many tools that are not included that you need in order to put it up that was not mentioned on the website while buying it.

The employee was stumped because nothing worked

Would’ve gave it a five stars but the bolt that makes the whole thing spin 360° has a plastic washer the collapses not a lock washer which is pretty silly it will cost them another five cents and the product would’ve worked perfect
