All tools broke trying to get pins out

The sizing pins are impossible to remove

Adjusting links was not as easy as expected but was able to get those stubborn pins out eventually and a couple of broken tools.

The pins are super easy to remove for fitting, and it’s a simple design

It seriously feels flimsy and cheap and they have these weird pins that stick out into your wrist

Yes, used the right pin, yes, used from the right direction/arrow, yes, followed directions, but only one pin was removed without any trouble

The only mistake I did was the pin got damaged as I removed it but enough links were removed so I had enough pins to assemble it

The only thing (and this is very minor) is that when you take out or put in a pin you have to take your time because the pin to push the rod out is kind of loose so you have to make sure it’s lined up correctly

The pin got hung on my clothing and releasing the band and causing it to hit the parking lot

Apparently the other pins are frozen in time and can’t be removed

The pins were extremely difficult to remove (they only go in and out one way) and the plastic tool broke while removing the second pin to adjust the size.

I took out as many like as I possibly good, but it's still too big.
