Use it through a small Fender Bronco amp, and my Marshall 100watt solid state amp

I think this pedal sounds really good, even on my solid state amp

It is a great into a clean amp sound and just gets even better as an OD into a good distorted tube amp

I know I don't like it using it in front of a clean amp and am undecided otherwise

With the Drive knob turned down low and the volume turned up high this pedal drives my amp and boosts the mids like my TS9

It is the most versatile and authentic amp sounding drive I have ever used

Was looking to add a little Dickey Betts tone (wrong guitar and amp, I know...) and this helps out

However my amp already does that pretty well without pedals

Tone control carefully harnesses the high end, and settings approaching 10:00 or less smooth things out if that's what you're into or if your amp is too bright.
