    • (TV is pretty light, approximately 20 lbs, I don't want to put anything heavier on the top shelf just in case it tips off balance.
    • it IS made of very cheap materials (the legs are plastic, not metal, which it probably says somewhere in the fine print)-- and speaking of fine print, once you read the instructions it has weight limits (which we did not notice when making our purchase), limit 40 lbs on the top shelf and 15 lbs on all the others (but then says to "place heavier items on lower shelves"--
    • This is a great little entertainment center / shelf unit
    • Love this shelf I've put this outside my mansion man cave tent in my backyard
    • The middle shelf's were great for the TV itself (obviously) and the cable box.
    • Top shelf has my Oreck air cleaner on it, the others all my Godzilla figurines.
    • You need a rubber mallet to attach the top shelf to a plastic piece that the legs screw into
    • I had been searching the Amazon site for a shelf unit that could sit on my table, was higher than my computer, was narrow enough in depth to fit on the utility table behind my printer and had enough shelf space for my router, modem, external drive and surge resistant power box
    • The middle shelf (which had all of 2 lbs on it) began to fall apart.
    • Perfectly-sized, inexpensive little shelf unit that I was able to put together in a few minutes.
    • It's labeled no tools required but, the instructions call for a rubber mallet to attach the top shelf to a plastic piece (4pc total) that the legs screw into
    • (I believe it was 40 pounds on the top shelf and 15 on all the other 5).Colors matched online pic and quality (pressed wood/no scratches) are what I expected for the price
    • You need a rubber mallet, and a shoe or stomping on it won't work (I tried that)The top shelf, even when pounded in, will either crack the plastic or the wood itself
    • It is a nice little shelf.
    • I can't think of a reason for making this top shelf attach different than the top shelves of every other unit I have bought.
    • My Xbox One also takes up over the space on the top shelf, so attempting to fit anything over a 32-inch TV would be pushing your luck
    • Adequate, top shelf is only marginally wide enough for a
    • Good little shelf
    • I have a 27: flat screen that fits perfectly on the top shelf.
    • The base of TV is larger than the top shelf.
    • It is assembled starting with the top shelf lying on the floor facing down and you build the thing upside down
    • I did not have any problems with construction, as others have reported, but I did already have a mallet, which is required for properly setting the pieces that go into the top shelf.
    • I have TV on the top shelf, a 12" fabric bin on the center shelf for storage, and use the other shelves for display.
    • Made out of plastic and came with a scratch on the top shelf
    • That might have been because I didn't hammer the piece that goes under the top shelf in perfectly
    • My Samsung 32 inch does not fit because the base on the tv is on each far end and is to wide for top shelf.
    • I loved this shelf, the product description was very accurate
    • This is one sweet Entertainment Center / Shelf Unit
    • Anyway, pounding the plastic piece into the rough cut hole on the underside of the top particle board shelf proved impossible.
    • It's a good shelf
    • Contrary to the product page's claim that no tools are required, assembly does require the use of a rubber mallet for securing four plastic anchors that join the top shelf with its four legs
    • But if it has two feet.. the top shelf on the stand is not wide enough.
    • If you are ordering this for your tv, make sure that the feet/pedestal of the tv will fit on the top shelf
    • We are going to use it as a TV stand, and may even be able to put a small microwave on the lower shelf, though that shelf is only supposed to support 15 pounds
    • Top shelf rated to 40 pounds, the others on the stand rated for 15 pounds each
    • This worked out perfectly, it is easy to put together and has enough shelf space to hold my 3d bluray player, 3d glasses, surround sound receiver, cable modem and fire tv.
    • Very good quality stronger than expected and very pretty a must have for just that special look can be used as a tv stand or just as a very pretty shelf to hold your treasures easy to assemble and the light wood looks really pretty as well.
    • Top shelf is not wide at all
    • I will mention though that the middle shelf by itself isnt capable of supporting the weight of an integrated amplifier, so I took a couple of pieces of 3/4 inch PVC pipe, cut them to length and use them as extra legs under that shelf
    • I saw where another reviewer gave up and just sat the top shelf on top.
    • But top shelf is not even wide enough for a 38" in TV
    • No matter what I do can't get top shelf to stay lined up and fit poles into holes; get one in and the others pop out of place, plus you think it's
    • also, one of the little cap parts that fit under the top shelf snapped while i was twisting a tube in, but it was very easy to send back and replace
    • This cute shelf unit is so pretty in my living room with all my plants adorning it
