The arm rest are nice for when you just want to kick back in the chair and watch some Netflix.

Not a very sturdy chair, once assembled I realized the arm rests are very flimsy and will probably break

The arm rests are also very loose

The only complaint is that the arm rest are a little hard but overall very nice sturdy chair.

I just got done putting it together, pretty easy minus the arm rests giving me problems

Only bad thing is the arm rests are shaky even though the screws are tightened.

Comfortable seat but the arm rest just don't feel good and the shape of the arm rest isnt comfortable at all.

the chair is fine as long you don't mind the arm rest getting lose and moving left and right

I ordered this chair last week, it arrived yesterday, and this evening while not even leaning back in it, the arm-rest snapped at the bolt fixture

My only grip is the arm rests don't seem to screw in all the way and kinda wiggle a bit, but that doesn't bother me much honestly

From the beginning, it had a problem where it would sink as you sit in it - every 15

Im very disappointed in the chair as I have to constantly lift the lever back to the top position as it sinks down too low to fit to my desk

Very easy to assemble, and everything works as it should.

I've been using it for the oast year and although the cushioning isnt as good as when i bought it, the leather is very easy to scratch so try to avoid hitting the arms against your desk

Somehow i put them but u was skeptical about them and as usual, the base sockets could not hold the wheels and they fell apart as soon as you put a little pressure on the chair
