Overall I like how it turned out no more loose outlet sticking out of the wall.
-
Electrical outlet was loose due to screw threads not having anything to grasp onto.
-
I was able to install the clips and replace the outlet with a tamper proof outlet per NFPA NEC
-
Some idiot had used a drywall screw to secure the outlet, breaking the plastic box.
-
And yes, there is no reason not to ever highly recommend these to anyone (homeowner, handyman, electrician, etc) who has the frustration of having the screw holder (for lack of a better term) break off while you are mounting or unmounting a faulty electrical outlet
-
The upper screw attachment for the outlet fixture was broken on all of them, leaving the outlet loose in the box.
-
Read the instructions then read them over again when it didn't work right , tried another outlet, just can't seem to get it to work as expected.
-
Thus the outlet would not stay secured in the box and popped out
-
These repaired numerous unsafe outlets.
-
I fixed my loose outlet box which saved me from tearing apart the wall.
-
The outlets were still either loose or popping off the walls
