The install of this one was easy and accurate, and I only had to spend 5 minutes on it (cleaning mostly for dust particulates)

I give the product itself 4 stars due to the rainbow effect (which is possibly unavoidable with any edge-adhered screen protector), but add a star for proactively assuring customer satisfaction.

As most would probably guess, the screen protector has a negligible affect according to 3C Battery Monitor.-I am a sucker for good customer service, they definitely stand by their product and want it to be the best for their users.

The only conclusion I can make is that this is a decent screen protector that fits, but it is made from cheap glass

UPDATE:-Replacement protector has tolerances even better than the very close match it was before: speaker cut out is a perfect fit, black outlines are almost indistinguishable from the bezel.

My only complaint/advice would be just cut it a hair smaller in length for those of us who have an otterbox or release a line specifically for otterbox & it would be a perfect fit

It fits my Galaxy Note 9 very good, sensitivities on my phone is good, reasonable price for 2.

Touch sensitivity has been largely unaffected by the product, and turning on the touch sensitivity feature of the phone is unnecessary

Very easy to install, 97% touch sensitivity throughout the screen

Fits like it should didn't change the touch sensitivity

Excellent clarity but after extended use I've noticed the touch sensitivity is a bit lack luster

Touch sensitivity is so bad with this protector the phone is almost unusable

Fake product.. a thousand hairline scratches after a months use.. doesn't seem like 9H glass when it scratches on everything.. never put the phone in my pocket and keep it covered most the time, and still scratches all over the screen.. dust gets under the screen protector.. and there is a rainbow film affect when I press down on the screen.. poor and fake

The manufacturer has taken good care to include quality instructions as well as include all necessary materials for application and wipes to clean the screen

I just installed it and working with my Z Lemon case good

I open my leather case brush off dust or use wipe and its gone with no damage to protective case

The fit is good for the screen, but it does not actually go edge to edge on the glass, on all four sides it falls short, which seems to be an intentional design choice, perhaps for better case compatibility

However, it has many downsides.-Black frame is slightly too small and obscures screen edges, especially corners; it is not terrible, but with so many other affordable options there is no reason to put up with this; product images seem to show a small amount of bezel showing under the black edge but this is not the case, you will not see any of the phone's bezel-Rainbowing (a.k.a. Newton Rings) are a normal part of having two pieces of glass touching; if quality of the cover was higher (and more expensive) this might not happen but seller should mention it to customers - only way to avoid would be full screen adhesive which would make installation trickier, too; the effect is especially present where the screen curves and must touch the protector-Edge adhesive is not consistent all the way around; if a drop of liquid touches an edge (especially along the sides where the adhesive line is thinner) it will get sucked under the screen protector due to capillary action; only way to get it out is to lift protector off and compromising the adherence of the protector (allowing it to dry could leave mineral deposits rubbing between the screen and protector)-May be better for some users depending on what phone case they are using, but with the slim case I use there are 2-3mm portions of exposed screen along the edges; corners are particularly vulnerable (did not deduct stars on this point because it may work well with a bulkier case)This protector is barely worth it.

The good: The screen protector itself was easy to install and fit my Note 9 perfectly

I put the screen protector on my phone yesterday and dropped the screen protector just fell off when I set it down.. would not reconmend

I guess the moral is don’t mess up putting the protector on.

I messed up putting this on the first time and after peeling it off and trying to straighten there are a lot of air bubbles

but I messed up putting it on :(
