I have a grip take (2-3$ from Staples) that I might try to put on the sides, but I fear that it will then have problem sliding in the holster case

The grip on the case could have more rough surface on the side, It's only rough in the back, not on the sides presumably for it slide through the shell but more grip is better

If I try to hold phone with my fingers on two sides of the phone holding it, the phone would slowly slide as the edges don't have a very good grip

:)I still love the thinness and that it has a good gripping surface and as for the kickstand... everyone who sees it wishes they could find one for their model of phone

It adds a better grip to the phone while not being "sticky" and it actually is very lightweight and adds very little extra bulk to the phone
