The case is hard plastic

The outer harder plastic portion can be a little tricky to get off.

I was expecting a rubberized backing when the entire cover is hard plastic and slides around.

Even the volume and power side buttons are hard plastic, making it difficult to set either.

Wish it was a little softer plastic.

The feel of the case is that of cheap plastic.

My only complaint for it is that the plastic is very smooth so it tends to slide off of things, which to me almost defeats the purpose of a case.
