The case works okayish, it does its job with keeping water out as long as you don't go past its pressure rating however that is not once mentioned on the case or its instructions

It does it's job protecting your phone, but people can barely hear me when I try to talk to them on it and the screen scratches easy.

The connector at the bottom protecting the charger port also doesn't seem to secure well either.

Although it is solid and protects phone well, it doesn't help if I cannot even use the phone.

The speker part of the phone and the regulaf mic dont seem to able to pick up speach as well as with out it u literlatery have to shout so the person on the other end of the line can hear u

One day I will replace it with possibly an S8, but until then I love my S5 and this case goes a long way in protecting it.

Did not even have the case a week dropped the phone on carpet and the glass broke so much for gorilla glass

However, due to the amount of metal construction that the case is made of restricts cell signal strength and ultimately allows some calls to be dropped as well as constant signal search which depletes the battery life quicker than normal

As durable as this case is, the ability to maintain battery life and suitable signal is more important

When I tighten the allen screws the clear plastic screen gets against my screen and it looks like there's water under it!

So there for when I take a shower and the water touches the screen, it acts like several fingers are hiring the screen and the screen goes crazy

the screen worked fine with high sensitivity enabled, but the soft buttons did not work at all

As much as I love these cases I go through too many of them my husband is very rough on his phones and cracks the screens on these Time After Time

I took off the cover to make sure it wasn't the fault of the cover and saw that my screen had a small break at the bottom that wasn't there before I put the cover on it.

A few people has complained about the glass is cracked after a while, however, if one careful with the initial installation, the glass would be fine, tighten and turn the screws equally and slowly, stop when you feel the screws are tight, you will be good to go; because the build-in screen is glass, so if you tight the screws unevenly, it will break...slowly on you

the flap that covers the charging port , yea it would be 5 star if that were more secure to the case when you close it , this is my second case I have purchased , the first one took a lot of drops and abuse before breaking the front glass , well worth the money if you don't mind the port cover .

Best case ever other tHan the occasional dust under the protective glass.

Even if the glass is broken, I can take out its glass, and use Galaxy S5 Screen Protector,[3Pack]by Ailun,Tempered Glass,Samsung

Messed up the glass on the case but my phone would have been completely broken if not for tjis thing.
