The plastic at the base is pretty flimsy

After a month or so of swiping the cheap plastic its all scratched and sometimes the screen wont respond because of all the scratches.

Great case but plastic clear shield, is bent with the phones glass front

The front piece of the case is a thin, flimsy plastic but the rubber of the back piece wraps slightly around it making it pretty solid

The big difference between the Otterbox and Supcase is the back half of the case, they both seem durable but the Otterbox has a rubber back which makes for easy one handed gripping, where the Supcase is hard plastic which makes the phone a bit more slippery.. therefore a little less durable
