The only issue I ran into is that the frame for the front of the phone is quite difficult to separate from the case back when the case is empty

Even if you are careful, it is easy to bend and break the frame.

Top frame is neither durable nor protective, my phone fell on side and entire screen got cracks.

Take your time (as mishandling could probably break the thin frame of the front piece) and remove it from the inside of the back part by pull down the rubbery sides of the back part

However, if you plan on occasionally taking the phone out of the case, such as to use it in a VR headset, you will find the rigid plastic frame that is placed on the front of the phone to be quite fragile

The inside frame of mine cracked a month after purchase.

It was already opened and missing the plastic frame.

However frame for the screen frame is very fragile

First one I had for a year and half before the hard frame started to break but defiantly exceeded my expectations for the price

The rubber is super stiff when new, and the top frame is held together by about 1mm of plastic
