I have a separate screen protector "film" on this one, but the edges are coming lose already

I would definitely recommend this for people who want an affordable S7 Edge case.

That is not a worry as the sides of the case do a good job protecting the edge of the screen while allowing functionality of the edge screen.

Started to dislike my s7 edge, the case i had had thin side grips causing me to touch the side screen interfering with the input of my other hand

This has pretty much everything I was looking for to protect my galaxy s7 edge.

Nice raised edges on the top and bottom to keep the screen from hitting anything if you put it face down, and it still manages to leave the sides exposed so you can experience the "edge" as intended.

The beveled front edge is slightly raised so even if you lay the cell down on a flat surface on it's face, the screen is protected.

If you're used to carying your phones in you're pocket, this might be a deal breaker because the blunt edges will ppke you and it's not a pleasant feeling

The top edges where the sides meet the top will crack if you take your case on and off too much

And then the thin, aerodynamic edge cracks along with any adjacent screen

The hard edge broke after a couple of weeks.

Then, when all was said and one, it did not fit my phone like a glove like it should have; the edges creak and don't fit properly, leaving an irritating noise and vibration every time I grip the phone.

i ordered a smasung galaxy s7 edge case, and got an iphone case.it says on the box for its for the s7 edge samsung galaxy but its clearly for iphone!

My S7 Edge in its SUPCASE just had a close encounter with a concrete floor, falling roughly 3-feet to the ground; and, bouncing off the top left corner

I feel like it covers the edges of the phone well, it's not bulky and protects phone very well!

The top and bottom edges come up pretty high, but side edges don't come up high enough to protect from a fall on uneven surface.

Its touch sensitive edge also makes it respond in all manner of unsatisfactory ways.

That being said no case will protect your S7 Edge if it impacts a hard surface directly on the screen

One has to separate the harder plastic edge protector from the larger, more malleable cover

So I got a second one that was designed to cover the corners and leave the edges more available for use, similar to this model but cheaper.

The edges have good grip, and don't interfere with normal operation of the touchscreen or edge functions

I might try installing my next screen protector with the case already on the phone as I suspect this case may have caused the edges to come loose because it fits so tight - the case was installed after the film was applied

The pros of this case are that the case is built well and really protects most exposed edges
