The rear of the case is hard plastic

and I believe die more to the design of the phone than that of the case the hard protection plastic piece has broken

It's not a bad case but it would have been better if it had a built in clear hard plastic shell for the screen like some otter box do.

Inner plastic is very poor and broke while i want to slip the phone in the case

due to the failing top plastic part, the glass lifted and broke

the plastic has already cracked in 3 of the corners

Trying to pull the corners out of the soft plastic, the hard plastic piece snapped

It looks nice and feel sturdy but my phone fell out of my pocket while sitting on a bar stool and now the plastic covering the top is cracked

The plastic was made low-quality, and I do not recommend buying this

First you separate it and put the phone in the top hard plastic piece and then put the rubber piece around it.

the outer part isn't completely rubber the back is still a hard plastic which has some anti slip rubber stoppers built in

Plastic insert broke as i was installing the case.. very cheap plastic

After 6 months of use I attempted to take my phone out of the case to clean it and the inner plastic that latches onto the phone literally crumbled into pieces

BUT i took the case off to clean the phone and the hard plastic part cracked and crumbled on

The case is actually two seperate peices,you have to take the soft rubber outer layer off the hard plastic one,then place the hard plastic one over the phone and then place the outer shell on.

It is a serious cheap plastic

The inner hard plastic front is not quite as sturdy as Otter Box Defender series but the side buttons are more responsive and the case has worked well when I have dropped my phone several times.

Having originally purchased an OtterBox that felt like a rubber condom over a cheap plastic snap-on case, this was a huge improvement at almost half the cost

The first case lasted a year before breaking the plastic but has fully protected our phones though many drops

The plastic will crack after 30+ times of taking it off/putting back it on, but after using it for a year for $20, I will gladly buy a new one for another year of phone safety

The plastic cracked the first time I put it on even though I followed the instructions

I ordered 2 of these and at some point the hard plastic pieces all cracked in the upper left and/or right corners

All the other pieces provided adequate protection for the phone itself but at the sacrifice of the upper corners of the hard plastic piece breaking

The plastic is very brittle and cracks in the corners very easily, even after they are put together.

The front plastic cracked within the first week of use, and now more and more cracks appear all the time

the plastic is cheap.

The front bezel is thin though and allows for micrometers of play when attached to the phone since it's attached to a flexible plastic, but it's not big deal

I'm super disappointed because the inner hard plastic layer that comes in contact with the phone's screen has tons of cracks

Although the case has protective potential but I will suggest that some kind of thick rubber material be used for the front plate instead of the cheap plastic

Most 2 part cases have the rubber or silicone part against the phone and the hard plastic on the outside.

The case does provide for wireless charging, but the top plastic part is so flimsy that it is prone to breaking

It is okay but does not protect the phone as well as it claims to
