I ordered the rose gold and grey which looks really great!

Also when you get the rose gold, it doesn't stay clean nor are you able to wipe it off

It's a beautiful rose gold and the rubbery part is a soft pink with a good grip

I was expecting true rose gold or at least light pink, like the photo shows

Other than that, nice case, color is more pink than rose gold, does what its supposed to, you get what u pay for.

however, the case probably gives really good protection, ill use it when camping or hiking but not for everyday use

Hers was a perfect fit upon arrival and provides great protection for the screen and body of the phone.

It's a little difficult to get the cover off the case from the box, but it is a perfect fit for the S9.

I purchased one case for my S9 plus and one for my S9, the S9 plus was difficult to open but it opened, the case for the S9 was too difficult to open, the cheap plastic screen tore off

the screen protector is hard plastic and has scratches on it already

And the screen protector is a thin plastic not hard plastic

The only thing wrong, scratches on the top corner of the case

And since my last review I've noticed that with this line of cases say good by to your nifty usb-c adapter that allows you to do so many cool things, the case is like nope not today pal.

The only thing I disliked is that you sometimes have to press a little harder to get certain things on your screen to work ( towards the outer edges of the phone).

The only thing I don't like about it is, it is difficult to get the case all the way off.

The only thing difficult to do with the case in place is to take out the sim card

Its a bit tricky to open and close, but it works in your benefit to keep the phone safe

The case does allow wireless charging without problem.its a bit difficult to pry the case open, it clamps together really tight, which i think is a good feature, i don't have any worries about it popping open by accident.

I would have given it five stars but the front cover seems to smudge too easy and the buttons are a bit too hard to press

The case broke in 2 separate spots (opposite corners) the first time I dropped my phone.

and I have also dropped my phone (on accident) several times, and so far so good

I got this phone a week ago and have already dropped it a few times and it has fully protected this phone from concrete, wood and cement

Right away I noticed the screen protector makes a little blur and kept popping off the phone when I was trying to put the case together (even though I made sure it was secure multiple times)

I had a little bit of a hard time with installing the case but it was well worth it.

Wouldn't allow wireless charging and very poor touch screen sensitivity

Also the built in screen protector really dulled the sensitivity of the touch screen

Also lost sensitivity to my keyboard especially where my screen curves due to the film not fully laying right on the curved edges!!
