-
Nintendo licensed AV cables (red, white, yellow) because this cable is clearly superior
-
These cables work excellent on my N64
-
This cable works as described
-
Nintendo products are collector's favorites and getting the most requires the right cables
-
I am currently using this cable with my SNES, on an older 55” HD Mitsubishi rear projection TV, but with that said, if I can see very little color bleed, and very clear wording when the image is being blown up to 55 inches, I’d say this cable is doing its job well.
-
But my TV also has an S-Video port, and this cable is perfect.
-
I would recommend this cable to someone looking for cleaner output then composite provides on a Super Nintendo.
-
Luckily, this cable does the trick as my SNES shines with S Video goodness.
-
No need to buy the expensive component cable, at least for me
-
Didn't work as good as the standard composite cables that came with the N64.
-
These cables do improve video quality when compared to composite but they are not perfect
-
Works great, had to use a converter to hdmi to get the wider aspect ratio for modern tvs, but this is a much better choice than those expensive rare Nintendo digital cables
-
Things look absolutely great, and this cable does NOT have the yellow composite video cable just sitting there causing interference like many of the other cheap cables do
-
Cable doesn't work right.
-
Just hooked these up to my GameCube and can confirm what other reviewers here have said, these are excellent cables
-
GREAT CABLE.
-
Didn't work as good as the standard composite cables that came with the N64.
-
Update 3/29/2018: I recently replaced this cable with an expensive component cable
-
I am currently using this cable with my SNES, on an older 55” HD Mitsubishi rear projection TV, but with that said, if I can see very little color bleed, and very clear wording when the image is being blown up to 55 inches, I’d say this cable is doing its job well.
-
This cable, as promised, omits it.
-
Top right is old OEM composite cables, bottom right is this product.
-
Given that even the latest, the Gamecube, was finished 10 years ago, finding solid cables is a challenge
-
Those Monster S-Video Cables are the best quality S-Video cables for the GameCube known to man, but will run you $100
-
Highly recommend using S-video cables as a cheap way to improve the video quality on the SNES and Nintendo 64 when upscaling to HDMI!
-
One, they are lacking the yellow composite cable which is notorious for splitting and degrading the signal
-
Gam3Gear makes an amazing S-Video cable for the SNES.
-
It seems to be just as good as the Nintendo brand S-video cable, a smart purchase for the price difference
-
The audio cables work as expected, carrying clear analog stereo sound to my speakers.
-
I haven't used this converter, but if this cables hadn't been a significant improvement, I would have tried this next
-
Although not heavy duty the cable works great
-
It was a good cable, the image seems good and clearer than the composite cables
-
Yup these cables are horrible
-
This cable makes the individual pixels standout, to where you can actually see each one
-
I am guessing they are just cheap cables that are using to small of gauged wire
-
Forget paying hundreds of dollars for a proprietary component cable
-
The cable is sturdy and well-built, and I doubt it'll be giving me problems for a long while.
-
These cables work excellent on my N64
-
good cables s video looks so much better than composite for retro games
-
Both Y/C had their own grounding pins on the Nintendo connector like the original Nintendo cable
