I have had 2 minor issues with the system over that time and the customer support has been amazing

Now the battery is bad and there is no replacement--but customer support did give me a link to buy another one.

Had one issue where the sensing unit quit, but customer support was great in resolving the problem.

I believe it is the cause of a lot of negativity around the device and system, and I will say also that I had to discover the solution on my own - customer support couldn't help me
