Pros:-The built in batteries and usb dongle actually function as advertised.-able to connect to pc, android, ios (but not necessarily functional, just able to be recognized via bluetooth)- the four buttons on the right side are backlit so you can see them in the dark- haptic feedback is solid ( it vibrates)- phone clasp actually works and was able to hold samsung note 8 (not securely, but good enough if you are sitting still)Cons:-there were no instructions included.-The website requires an unofficial untrusted apk to be downloaded from a blacklisted website

Anyway after a couple of months the top L button does not always work unless you press hard on it

I unplugged the controller then plugged it back in, and now it worked as it should

I love this device, as well as the G4s,

I never know whether the controller will work as it is supposed to or if I'm going to have to waste time troubleshooting.

Must have been damaged during shipping or the neighborhood mail thief got mad and trashed it as it was not of any value it wanted.
