SOME pieces do not want to stay together but does not really hinder the successful use of the drums.

The second piece was a little harder to find

The piece that attaches one of the legs on the floor Tom has become loose so the leg won't stay up

Their shipping is super fast, they stayed in touch via email and telephone, and even when I mistakenly asked for the wrong part, they were very accommodating and sent the RIGHT piece

... not like some dinky little piece of plastic crap

easier to do with one person, since two may have one putting the wrong size pieces in the wrong drum making you redo all

The quality is really good for a starting kit for kids; I am extremely happy with the customer support: We lost a small piece that holds the cymbals and I wrote Gammon

One piece was easy to replace, it was the screw for the foot pedal

Other than making sure you are putting the right pieces where, it is amazing quality

every time you use it all the pieces falls apart

So basically one piece is not usable of the 2 top rums.
