My son broke a drum stick within two weeks (which I understand is normal for avid drummers), broke the spring on the bass drum pedal within three weeks (currently replaced with a rubber band), and the crash cymbal is starting to look like the shape of a ladies' floppy hat.

stopped working, that one was a pain, and the cheap-o plastic piece that holds up the crash cymbal broke.

I guess it's not that big of a deal, just a hassle, but it was a cheap-o part that was bound to break, most companies would just send the thing and not worry about $6.
