Had to return the first unit because after charging overnight it would not hold the charge and drained away to nothing after sitting on my desk for an hour (in standby mode).

Bought the GPS to use in Canada and after using it for 4 days we noticed it would not hold a charge and then completely died and would not charge no matter what we used.

The unit will not turn on if I have it plugged into my PC to keep the anemic battery charged while I enter points into favorites

The user-interface and nav features are nice but it almost isn't worth it because of how bad the battery life is and how it's impossible to navigate while charging from the mini-USB port.
