I gave it 2 stars because the moving map does have some nice features
-
The most important features in a GPS for me are a vivid display and responsive and quick data entry.
-
and I just loved all the warning features (i.e. deer crossing, traffic camera ahead, reduce speed ahead etc...there are many)
-
For instance, I bypassed the single highway entrance because I wanted to continue on the major road I was already on, but rather than tell me to continue straight (which still would have led to the next step in the route), it just kept telling me to make a U turn...this went on for ages until I finally went in and told it to detour to avoid the highway.--Has a feature where you can select your route by changing the points on the map, but when I tried to use it while having the U turn issue above, it wouldn't work.

Love the lifetime maps and traffic features.
-
all features worked flawlessly during my 2 week drive across the Canadian Rockies
-
Nice feature.
-
I highly recommend this GPS because it is has many usable features, easy to use and is the cost is reasonable.
-
WONDERFUL feature
-
Great features such as indicating school zones, speed limit changes, gas stations, banks, food
-
The best feature is the one that directs one to be in a specific lane when approaching a complicated intersection - for example, "Be in the right hand lane of the two left lanes
-
This model has some great added features
-
One important feature that led my evaluation was the ability to use maps from other regions
-
Another terrible feature of Garmin units is that you cannot charge the unit from the mini-USB port while simultaneously using it as a nav unit
