Garmin has the best maps with a simple to use system

Love the lifetime maps and traffic features.

So user interface is horrible, mapping is horrible

We had a really old Garmin from long ago and decided to update since this comes with unlimited maps

It has decent maps for the car and you can load extra map chips into the unit to cover most of Europe

Volume is fine, map is fine.

My final solution is to use free offline maps from Google on the iPad I already own, even though I was willing to buy a dedicated device from you

I will never buy another Garmin GPS until this company vastly improves their maps, their touchscreens, their batteries, their operating systems, their voice command recognition software, their tiresome update procedures
