Tech support was able to reproduce the error with their own test unit and are working on a fix

Disappointment:--I really wanted a male British voice for it, but tech support only directed me to the setting for British spelling--there's no British voice, apparently.

The website is little harder for some generations to navigate to find tech support.

I spent several hours trying to make it work (the night before a trip to Europe) and an additional 1.5 hours with tech support (the day of the trip)

Even now after it has been explained fully by Garmin's excellent tech support, I find myself making the same mistake - because the procedure is not user friendly.
