The Oregon 550 was a great product when I purchased in 2011 and still going strong

Furthermore, Garmin does not provide any return shipping label for warranty service - even on defective products.

This watch is a good product, but when i received it i have had that reset because this watch freezes when the alarm is activated in the morning.

But it is a good product over all just the complexity of watch itself make hard to use it

so far - very good product.

I would like to say that Garmin offers a good product and service, but this seems that they have a strong aversion to actually dealing with the defective issues for this device.

I am upset that with all the Garmin products out there and so many people relying on Garmin for GPS technology, that they would not stand up for their obviously defective product.

This watch is better than Inspector Gadget in its ability to do almost everything you could ever want outdoors and lots of stuff indoors as well ... at the time of writing I have as yet to find only a few things it cannot do as a watch, but you need one of those… calculator watches to accomplish that!I did not buy this watch through Amazon, but only b/c my LBS (not short for weight, but short for Local Bike Shop) had one in stock
