The app offers some nice insight into all of my health statistics, but I get enough interaction directly from the watch and am not sure how useful the app will be to me - although I definitely appreciate being able to customize some options directly from within the app

The apps for these excercises are great for a 74 yr old male

I don't really miss the ability to do this from my wrist as it's still faster to just do it from my iPhone
