Mine seemed as accurate as our larger Garmin device

Drop the Instinct, bang it on a wall, take it in any environment... and still get the Garmin accurate GPS, heart rate, stress and sleep tracking?... excellent!

If you want to buy this watch as a super rugged G-shock type of watch but with great heart rate and activity monitoring, with the option of one day going completely independent of a phone or app, this is also a great choice

And if you read in the online reviews that it reminds reviewers of a Casio g-shock watch... they're right!

I don't really miss the ability to do this from my wrist as it's still faster to just do it from my iPhone
