6 months later I'm still discovering some of the great features.

This GPS impressed me as having all of the right features, updates for the life of the unit, voice command, Bluetooth and convenient operations

It automatically lets you know there's a "feature" coming up, like a gas station or bank.

Audio is excellent and the Bluetooth feature works very well with my phone; excellent audio in both directions.

ALso - life time updates a great feature - I just did an update on my old Garmin - so necessary - it's navigated me into places where roads have literally been closed, DUG up and no longer exit - and a single update cost almost $50.

It does respond to the recommended "wake up call" VOICE COMMAND, but after that everything I try to do gets me a message that says "this feature is not available in the United States with American Speech" or words to that effect.

This unit has great features

Overall I'm very happy with this GPS, great feature set, great screen size, I'm using nav voice activation and the bluetooth hands-free phone, would be 5 stars if not for the iffy 2nd turn voice alert.update after weeks of use:5 stars now, I've figured out why the 2nd alert appears iffy

Why some fool programmer added ths "cool" feature is beyond me

not only is the display not sharp, but the rendered buildings and roads are poorly drawn- as usual, Garmin had a nice feature in the past that is now missing, in this case, the dashboard option.

It also comes with some very nice unexpected features, like using landmarks for turns and automatically zooming in for the turn then back out again.

While it has some of the features I liked from my old unit, like Voice Command, and some new features that I enjoy, such as Bluetooth connectivity with my phone, it's not as intuitive to use, and functions (such as "where Am I?") aren't easy to find, or where you'd expect them.

Some really nice features like voice command, road up ahead and the large screen.

It also shows the road signs when appropriate (feature is used when there is something to show) and tells you to turn at the stop sign, light, etc. which is an upgrade for me.

I like the feature that shows pictures of complex intersections as you near them to ensure you navigate them correctly first time through.

The extra "up ahead" features (such as locations of ATMs, gas stations, etc.) are very helpful, although you might want to turn that feature off in an urban area because the icons tend to fill up the screen.

Now before you roll your eyes, this feature on my 3590 works surprisingly well

There are slightly more expensive models but you can't beat the rich feature set and large 7" screen which is just terrific.

I particularly love the weather feature and the connection to my AT&T Skyrocket Android phone is seamless and reliable (since the app runs continuously in the background on the phone)

Hi,I like the quality of the product (good materials, nice finish, good screen and sound, etc); but I deeply dislike the Garmin Traffic Feature, that works very poorly and that many times, simply, does not work at all
